Drew McManigle Founder & CEO
Drew McManigle is the Founder and CEO of MACCO. As Interim CEO and Board Chair, implemented and completed a highly successful 6-month business turnaround of a publicly traded cannabis CPG company. In addition to overseeing comprehensive organizational and financial restructuring, negotiated a $17.5MM term loan; led the development of new brands and products; gained shareholder approval for a 6:1 reverse merger; and recruited and established a diverse, independent board of directors.
Paul Maniscalco Senior Managing Director
Paul Maniscalco is a Senior Managing Director for MACCO based out of the Denver, Colorado office. He has over 26 years of experience in corporate finance, capital market transactions, business restructuring and chapter 11 bankruptcy. He has a strong background in SEC reporting and compliance issues, including leading complex debt/equity transactions.
Pablo Bonjour, M.B.A. Managing Director
Pablo Bonjour is a Managing Director for MACCO, based in the Houston, TX office and leads its cryptocurrency practice. He holds over 25 years of executive suite leadership with extensive experience in operational and financial management. Pablo has represented recognized brands, including Shell International Exploration and Production.
Terence Cryan Managing Director
Terence Cryan is a Managing Director for MACCO based out of the New York City office. He is a practiced CEO, turnaround and restructuring specialist. Terence has diverse business sector knowledge that includes power and utilities, alternative energy, metals and mining, industrial manufacturing, EPC construction and maintenance services, oil & gas, medical devices, higher education and the global non-profit sector.

Reece Fulgham is a Managing Director for MACCO based on the West Coast. He has over 40 years of business turnaround, interim leadership, operations, and finance experience across fifty engagements both domestically and internationally. He has served as CEO, CRO, CFO and Independent Director to both private and private equity owned middle-market company Boards of Directors.

Adam K. Joseph is a Managing Director for MACCO based out of the Las Vegas, NV office and West Coast Region. He is a results driven senior executive and business developer with over 25 years of cross-functional expertise in scaling businesses through strategically focused leadership, with an emphasis towards improving profitability.
Christina Maxwell Managing Director
Christina Maxwell is a Managing Director for MACCO based out of Denver. She is a results-driven finance executive with 30 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, change management, corporate restructuring, winddown management and Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Patrick Stewart, CTP Managing Director
Patrick Stewart is a Managing Director of MACCO based out of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. He has led numerous companies through both in and out-of-court restructurings, has advised lenders and bank groups in troubled loan situations and served as financial advisor to unsecured creditor committees.
Jerry Thompson Managing Director
Jerry Thompson is a Managing Director for MACCO. His business experience incorporates a multi-layered understanding and the ability to evaluate structured finance transactions, notably in upstream exploration, production and oil field service companies, from a practical standpoint.
David Weinhoffer Managing Director

He has led numerous companies through in and out-of-court business restructurings and has held leadership and fiduciary roles such CRO, operating chapter 11 trustee, interim CEO, and as a post chapter 11 plan liquidation trustee.

A poised and effective communicator, Tanya is adept in business development, including sophisticated and multi-cultural environments.
Sharon McManigle Director of Strategic Initiatives
Sharon McManigle, CPBA, CPMA, CPHDA, CPEQA, a certified-professional business coach and facilitator, serves as MACCO’s Director of Strategic Initiatives and Performance Coach. To this role, Sharon brings 20 years of accounting and finance experience and over a decade of strategic planning and organizational development facilitation.
